Filter Introduction

• 1) General Pleated Filter

  General pleated filter is a product that maximizes the effective filtration area by folding multiple layers of filter media into a wrinkled shape.
  The particle removal grade is high, and low differential pressure and high flow rate ensure stable process operation.
  It is possible to choose from nominal grade filter to membrane filter according to usage purpose.

  
• 2) Depth Pleated Filter

  Depth pleated filter is a product that combines a depth structure with a general pleated filter.
  It is able to collect in stages according to the particle size, and is effective for the removal of foreign matter of gel form or the slurry having a lot of solid content.

  
• 3) Depth Cartridge Filter

  Depth cartridge filter has a structure using the density gradient of the filter medium, and the amount of foreign matter collected is large.
  It is suitable for pre-treatment of liquid filtration containing a lot of solids.
  Depending on the purpose of use, it can be used as a stand alone or pre-treatment of pleated filter.

  
• 4) Capsule Filter

  Capsule filter is composed of cartridge filter and polypropylene housing as one body, so it is easy to replace filter and it can be used hygienically because it minimizes the contact area between housing and fluid.
  Depending on the purpose of use, a variety of capsules are available from low-capacity capsule filters to large-capacity capsule filters.

• 5) Metal Filter

  Metal filter is made of stainless steel in all parts, suitable for special environments requiring high heat resistance, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
  Depending on the application, the type of media (cylindrical, pleated) and the type (metal mesh, metal fiber, 5-layer sintering, etc.) are selectable.

  
• 6) Special Size Filter

  Special size filters are designed to deliver more flow in a limited space.
  From general pleated media to membrane can be applied depending on the purpose of use.
